Our daily routines and educational practice are rooted in the twin values of Dignity and Respect.
“The Christian vision and values have a transformational impact on its students, helping them to live life to the full.” (SIAMS, 2025)
“Waddesdon Church of England School changes pupils’ lives for the better.” (Ofsted, 2021)
In our Ofsted Inspection (December, 2021), the school was judged to be Outstanding in all categories. To read the full report select the document below.
Our SIAMS inspection (Dec, 2025), also known as a Section 48 Inspection, judged that the school “treats students as individuals, and invests in their support, which allows them to overcome barriers to learning and flourish. For many, the school has transformed their educational experiences and future life chances.”
A Section 48 Inspection is a regular inspection which judges the distinctiveness and effectiveness of Church of England schools. It focuses on the impact of the school ethos and its Christian values on the academic and personal outcomes of the students in our care.
